Michal Rywin started the match with the kick off. When Hieronim Sitko came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the MKS START fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hieronim Sitko couldn't finish the play. Franciszek Marajda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Rywin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Jacek Mochadlo took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hieronim Wojno. Hieronim Wojno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Michal Rywin struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Franciszek Marajda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Zatwierdzeni. Hieronim Wojno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kacper Barna's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 19th minute, Lucjan Wielopolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Kacper Barna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MKS START's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Zatwierdzeni the free kick. A collision led to MKS START getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Kacper Barna hit a great ball. Hieronim Wojno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Mochadlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Barna in the 25th minute of play forced FC Zatwierdzeni's goalkeeper Hieronim Wojno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Zatwierdzeni defense, Jacek Mochadlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hieronim Wojno. The FC Zatwierdzeni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hieronim Wojno should have stopped the shot. Lucjan Wielopolski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Franciszek Marajda made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grzegorz Drzewucki during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Mochadlo in the 40th minute of play forced FC Zatwierdzeni's goalkeeper Hieronim Wojno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Rywin in the 42nd minute of play forced MKS START's goalkeeper Franciszek Marajda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacek Mochadlo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hieronim Wojno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacek Mochadlo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. In the 76th minute Jacek Mochadlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hieronim Wojno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Zatwierdzeni's Hieronim Wojno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save FC Zatwierdzeni from getting a goal against them. The MKS START supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MKS START would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
