Edgar Wyrostek had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Teofil Brzeszczak's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Sic Mundus Creatus Est's Herbert Figlewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stanislaw Biegun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Tymoteusz Okropny managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Cyprysowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Tymoteusz Okropny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Wyrostek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 35 played minutes Sic Mundus Creatus Est got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Pluciennik. Teofil Brzeszczak spun around in front of the goal 42 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Sic Mundus Creatus Est's goal. When Tymoteusz Okropny came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the GKS Cyprysowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tymoteusz Okropny couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tymoteusz Okropny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Wyrostek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Teofil Brzeszczak was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. GKS Cyprysowa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofil Brzeszczak in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Wyrostek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 78 minutes, Teofil Brzeszczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GKS Cyprysowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofil Brzeszczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgar Wyrostek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Brzeszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Sic Mundus Creatus Est had held the ball for most of the match.
