After 19 played minutes Szelków got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Raszkiewicz. Wieslaw Czajka scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Cipinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Trela in the 24th minute of play forced Szelków's goalkeeper Leszek Cipinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Stanislaw Trela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leszek Cipinski was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 51 minutes into the match, Szelków's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Bochinski came free, but Leszek Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Wieslaw Czajka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szelków's Leszek Cipinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute Stanislaw Trela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Cipinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Stanislaw Trela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szelków's Leszek Cipinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leszek Cipinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Czajka, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AMD SA PL fans cheered their team off the field, for while Szelków had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
