The supporters of Zagłębie SO booed when K.S. Czarnca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Rykaczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Izydor Niemojewski during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Izydor Niemojewski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. K.S. Czarnca's Lech Skarpiak suffered a sore knee after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 13 minutes, Remigiusz Klawki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zagłębie SO and the K.S. Czarnca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dominik Rykaczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Radomil Budzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Boruc Pilarski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zagłębie SO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave K.S. Czarnca the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie SO's Boruc Pilarski got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zagłębie SO's goalkeeper Radomil Budzynski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Radowit Mosiniak charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radowit Mosiniak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, K.S. Czarnca's Radowit Mosiniak got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tadeusz Wysocki was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Zagłębie SO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Boruc Pilarski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. Radomil Budzynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Kolbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Dominik Rykaczewski struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Radomil Budzynski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for K.S. Czarnca. Tadeusz Wysocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Remigiusz Weyna made a huge save. Emil Kosakowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Radomil Budzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Kolbe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stefan Kolbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Budzynski having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Zagłębie SO's goalkeeper Radomil Budzynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Kolbe. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Stefan Kolbe managed to get in a good position for a shot. K.S. Czarnca's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Kolbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomil Budzynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. K.S. Czarnca's Dominik Rykaczewski got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of K.S. Czarnca booed when Zagłębie SO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Niemojewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Franciszek Zawaski from long distance, 65 minutes into the match, got Radomil Budzynski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Franciszek Zawaski struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Remigiusz Weyna came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Zagłębie SO's Tadeusz Wysocki. But to his dismay, Tadeusz Wysocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Remigiusz Weyna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Wysocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominik Rykaczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Radomil Budzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominik Rykaczewski in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radomil Budzynski saved Zagłębie SO from getting behind. If Tadeusz Wysocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeusz Wysocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigiusz Weyna having to interfere. Dominik Rykaczewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
