The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Szymon Sierocki in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachariasz Paraszczuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tadeusz Zerde hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Florian Zawaski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zachariasz Paraszczuk skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to WC WEGLINEK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Emil Miecznikowski hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Cyprian Lenertej sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and WC WEGLINEK's Korneliusz Osielski didn't even have to move. 28 minutes into the match, RTS Widzew Łódź's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Sierocki came free, but Zachariasz Paraszczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szymon Sierocki in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachariasz Paraszczuk saved RTS Widzew Łódź from getting behind. When WC WEGLINEK's Szymon Sierocki in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RTS Widzew Łódź's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadeusz Zerde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zachariasz Paraszczuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Sierocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Kornaszewski hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sylwester Piczak got free with Zachariasz Paraszczuk in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zachariasz Paraszczuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szymon Sierocki in the 62nd minute. Tadeusz Zerde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Korneliusz Osielski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Szymon Sierocki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WC WEGLINEK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szymon Sierocki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Tadeusz Zerde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Osielski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Zachariasz Paraszczuk managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when WC WEGLINEK's Szymon Sierocki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Szymon Sierocki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachariasz Paraszczuk was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Leszek Latocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florian Zawaski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zachariasz Paraszczuk. RTS Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, RTS Widzew Łódź's Zbyszko Wisniewski got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The long shot by Emil Miecznikowski in the 94th minute really tested Zachariasz Paraszczuk's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. WC WEGLINEK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
