In the 26th match minute, Majakus Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Dobrzechowski to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Stal Stalowa Wola's Witomir Charlos tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Majakus Wrocław's Boleslaw Wasikowski got a free kick in the 28th minute. The coaching staff of Majakus Wrocław protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gwidon Burdzel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Iwo Dobrzechowski fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majakus Wrocław's protests and gave Iwo Dobrzechowski a yellow card for diving instead.
