In the 8th minute Wit Siembab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Redisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Piotr Kalinowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Redisz. Terespol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piotr Kalinowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Kalinowski in the 17th minute of play forced Terespol's goalkeeper Norbert Redisz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AC Mediolano's Wit Siembab got a free kick in the 19th minute. Kazimierz Januszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Szarmach in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the Terespol defense, Rafal Mirowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Norbert Redisz. The Terespol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norbert Redisz should have stopped the shot. Norbert Redisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janusz Juroszek in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Juroszek in the 36th minute of play forced Terespol's goalkeeper Norbert Redisz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Witold Szarmach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Januszewski having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, AC Mediolano's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Krzynowek came free, but Kazimierz Januszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernard Soszka kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Sebastian Marchlewicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kazimierz Januszewski skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Terespol's Norbert Redisz got control of the ball when Janusz Juroszek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafal Mirowski hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. AC Mediolano's Kazimierz Januszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Szarmach in the 85th minute of play. Norbert Redisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Kalinowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rafal Mirowski took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norbert Redisz. Norbert Redisz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AC Mediolano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
