Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wincenty Wietrzychowski got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute GKS Katowice were awarded a corner. Boleslaw Mazierski went to the cornerflag to take it. Boleslaw Mazierski made a great header on GKS Katowice's corner, it was just that KS Warta Pstrokonie's Tobiasz Chazen managed to reach the ball for a save. Tobiasz Chazen came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by GKS Katowice's Borys Cwojdak. But to his dismay, Borys Cwojdak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Zbyszko Derlanga kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Tobiasz Chazen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Borys Cwojdak's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Borys Cwojdak managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Cwojdak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Chazen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobiasz Chazen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Mitus in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, KS Warta Pstrokonie's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Cwojdak came free, but Tobiasz Chazen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobiasz Pierz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugeniusz Domeracki went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute Leon Mitus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Mitus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Tobiasz Chazen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Borys Cwojdak charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Cwojdak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KS Warta Pstrokonie getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hugon Bartocha hit a great ball. In the 47th minute of the match Boleslaw Mazierski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tobiasz Chazen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Tobiasz Chazen was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Ludomil Piesciuk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludomil Piesciuk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. If Borys Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Mitus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludomil Piesciuk charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ludomil Piesciuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th match minute, GKS Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Piesciuk to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th play minute Leon Mitus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tobiasz Chazen. 1-3. Leon Mitus in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobiasz Chazen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, GKS Katowice's Witold Rutkowski got a free kick in the 78th minute. Borys Cwojdak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobiasz Chazen having to make a save. With a little luck, KS Warta Pstrokonie's Tobiasz Chazen got control of the ball when Leon Mitus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KS Warta Pstrokonie's zone, Leon Mitus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobiasz Chazen came out of the goal and Leon Mitus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wincenty Wietrzychowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
