Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Boruc Hatman took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Bartoszek in the 4th minute of play forced Niezabyszewo's goalkeeper Bernard Koprowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Warsaw Players's Marek Mikulski got a free kick in the 8th minute. Aleksander Jarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Shearer, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Mieszko Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florian Bartoszek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernard Koprowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Florian Bartoszek slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. Warsaw Players's Boruc Hatman got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernard Koprowski made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Pankracy Warka sent off a good shot on target. Aleksander Jarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Shearer in the 27th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Jedrzej Nocny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warsaw Players's Aleksander Jarek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes in the game, Marek Mikulski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bernard Koprowski having to interfere. With his leg Bernard Koprowski managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Warsaw Players's Boruc Hatman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 41 minutes into the game, Mieszko Wawrukiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Niezabyszewo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warsaw Players the free kick. Mieszko Wawrukiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Aleksander Jarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Nocny in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Pankracy Warka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bernard Koprowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alan Shearer to make the kick off. Bernard Koprowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boruc Hatman in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Tolek Sikola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Mikulski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Niezabyszewo's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Bartoszek came free, but Bernard Koprowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Napoleon Podowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes of play, Warsaw Players's Florian Bartoszek made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernard Koprowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alan Shearer kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Wladyslaw Gollob struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Bernard Koprowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warsaw Players. Warsaw Players's Aleksander Jarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Shearer in the 83rd minute of play. If Marek Mikulski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Niezabyszewo's Tomasz Balkiewicz got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Boruc Hatman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Niezabyszewo got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Wicherek. Warsaw Players's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
