The audience thought a goal was coming when Korneliusz Setara got free with Kacper Gamza in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, MZKS's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Noworolnik came free, but Waclaw Absolwent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Noworolnik hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Gotham City's Kacper Gamza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Gotham City from getting a goal against them. Kacper Gamza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walery Budzynski in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goalkeeper Kacper Gamza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Korneliusz Setara. After 24 minutes of play, MZKS's Walery Budzynski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kacper Gamza was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 27 played minutes MZKS got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Bartoszek. After a rather tough play, Gotham City's Dominik Noworolnik got a free kick in the 28th minute. MZKS's Waclaw Absolwent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Noworolnik in the 30th minute of play. Dominik Noworolnik's late challenge caught a MZKS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dominik Noworolnik helped the player get up and apologised. Kacper Gamza was a little too slow when Korneliusz Setara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the last second Kacper Gamza throw himself and got hold of the ball when Wasyl Bartoszek in the 41stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 44 minutes in the game, Walery Budzynski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kacper Gamza having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Gotham City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MZKS:s goal. The referee gave MZKS a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wasyl Bartoszek, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gotham City's Kacper Gamza. 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Korneliusz Setara made a kick off. Gotham City's Kacper Gamza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Budzynski in the 56th minute of play. Roberto Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Kacper Gamza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Zacharek in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Jerzy Oborski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Gamza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kacper Gamza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Setara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MZKS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gotham City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
