An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Bodea in the 22nd minute of play forced Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Wiktor Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czarni Jasło 1910's Rareș Bodea came free and shot a quick shot against goal 55 minutes in the game, fortunately Wiktor Iwanowski had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Wiktor Iwanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Grocholski in the 62nd minute of play. Rareș Bodea's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rareș Bodea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Czarni Jasło 1910 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Bodea to maneuver through the defense. Cristi Oprescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Bartochowski in the 82nd minute of play. Wiktor Iwanowski was a little too slow when Rareș Bodea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 3-2. Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's Edip Aktaşoğlu was substituted for Ziemowit Bartochowski. Boca Juniors Buenos Aires were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Czarni Jasło 1910 to leave the ground with a draw.
