Olgierd Zalipski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Kajetan Solecki struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Hieronim Pruss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgierd Zalipski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kajetan Solecki might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olgierd Zalipski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kajetan Solecki ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40 played minutes WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Wielopolski. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Hieronim Pruss sped through WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olgierd Zalipski. Olgierd Zalipski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Zgonina in the 44th minute of the match. Olgierd Zalipski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Pruss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arkadiusz Dunajski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Olgierd Zalipski made a huge save. After 95 minutes of play, Bialski Bastion Legii's Hieronim Pruss made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olgierd Zalipski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The WIDZEW ŁÓDŹ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bialski Bastion Legii were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
