Spectators: 7666 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Przemyslaw Pietras kicked off to start the match. Gwidon Biraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Oryniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th match minute, KS Piast Zawidów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Czerniak to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Adam Miazga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strzegów's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Miazga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Napoleon Tepper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ryszard Gerlach struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gwidon Biraga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Piast Zawidów. Robert Podwojski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gwidon Biraga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Gwidon Biraga came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Piast Zawidów's Maciej Hoffman. But to his dismay, Maciej Hoffman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gwidon Biraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Podwojski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Miazga in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Napoleon Tepper saved KS Piast Zawidów from getting behind. In the 39th match minute, KS Piast Zawidów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Piatek to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Adam Miazga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Strzegów getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Waclaw Poniewaz hit a great ball. Ryszard Gerlach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Biraga having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Podwojski made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Gerlach in the 51st minute of play forced Strzegów's goalkeeper Gwidon Biraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strzegów's Gwidon Biraga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Hoffman in the 57th minute of play. Mikolaj Oryniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gwidon Biraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwidon Biraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Gerlach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Dobromir Wydrych hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Marian Jajko fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strzegów's protests and gave Marian Jajko a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Strzegów got a freekick which was hit by Marian Jajko. After a rather tough play, Strzegów's Dobromir Wydrych got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute Robert Podwojski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Biraga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to KS Piast Zawidów getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Maciej Hoffman hit a great ball. Przemyslaw Pietras was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Adam Miazga hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. If Adam Miazga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
