The audience thought a goal was coming when José Maria Neiva got free with Kajetan Dawiec in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, José Maria Neiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kajetan Dawiec, 1-0. Alfred Piatek made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tanek Sniegowski. A hard shot 32 in the game by José Maria Neiva from a close distance when the talented Kajetan Dawiec managed to make a qualified save. Ups...'s players were relieved. Phantasy World's Xiao Guang Han played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Madej in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Ups...'s Kajetan Dawiec got control of the ball when José Maria Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, José Maria Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phantasy World's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Maria Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xiao Guang Han took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Sniegowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Maria Neiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Hieronim Jekot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tanek Sniegowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Xiao Guang Han tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Phantasy World's José Maria Neiva got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ups...'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Maria Neiva was slow to take the kick. During this time Phantasy World's players had a chance to rest. José Maria Neiva made a great header on Phantasy World's corner, it was just that Ups...'s Kajetan Dawiec managed to reach the ball for a save. When Bartlomiej Ludwiczak fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ups...'s protests and gave Bartlomiej Ludwiczak a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Phantasy World booed when Ups... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Dawiec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ups...'s Herbert Pilipiec was substituted for Borys Rydzewski. Ups...'s Bo Kac was substituted for Klement Madej. José Maria Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kajetan Dawiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Andrzej Skwira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kajetan Dawiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Maria Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When José Maria Neiva came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Phantasy World fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Maria Neiva couldn't finish the play. Phantasy World's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
