Waclaw Pionek came free in the 17th minute and tried to tip the ball over Hany Moamen, but to the joy of VV Werchrata's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Hany Moamen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Pionek in the 17th minute of the match. Lech Jaruzelski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Brzeszczak's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. VV Werchrata's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jakub Gendolla in the 20th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jakub Gendolla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lech Jaruzelski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Damian Brzeszczak's late challenge caught a Szalone Konie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Brzeszczak helped the player get up and apologised. 37 minutes in the game, Damian Brzeszczak fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lech Jaruzelski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Szalone Konie's Jordi Dann got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Kaj Skytt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lech Jaruzelski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Brzeszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Brzeszczak in the 52nd minute of play forced Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Lech Jaruzelski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Brzeszczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lech Jaruzelski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Lech Jaruzelski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. VV Werchrata made a substitution. Juliusz Gmoch replaced Wawrzyniec Wielowiejski. Damian Brzeszczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lech Jaruzelski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Szalone Konie booed when VV Werchrata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Jaruzelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Brzeszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute.
