Jiang Zhen Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Zgonina in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Banach came free, but Tomasz Piwko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Teobald Sikola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Piwko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Milosz Gendolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Piwko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ignacy Banach managed to get in a good position for a shot. STORMTROOPERS ON GRASS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacy Banach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasz Piwko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Boruc Magdziarz was substituted for Marcin Kondysar. Ignacy Banach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Piwko having to interfere. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
