The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zbyszek Milko made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wyszyny's Igor Kapelski. Robert Kaczanka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Trzaskoma, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ludomir Serwacki hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Ludomir Serwacki notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Smile's Adilson de Alcântara. Adilson de Alcântara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Smile's Robert Kaczanka threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norbert Trzaskoma, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wyszyny's Robert Kaczanka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Kalemba in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Ryszard Mindykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witalis Kalemba struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Robert Kaczanka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smile.

The wind increased when Şerafettin Celilay made the kick off in the second half. Witalis Kalemba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 56 minutes into the match, Şerafettin Celilay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Kaczanka. Wyszyny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şerafettin Celilay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Adilson de Alcântara was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Ludomir Serwacki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The throw-in from Charis Vrettos in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Smile's Roland Dudzik. 69 minutes into the match, Wyszyny's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Kalemba came free, but Robert Kaczanka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ludomir Serwacki came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Wyszyny fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Serwacki couldn't finish the play. After taking down the ball on Wyszyny's corner Kajetan Turek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adilson de Alcântara quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ryszard Mindykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wyszyny's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Mindykowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adilson de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Smile's Witalis Galagan was substituted for Norbert Trzaskoma. Wyszyny made a substitution. Jacek Kocieniewski replaced Kajetan Turek. In the 80th minute, Charis Vrettos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Igor Kapelski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Smile's Szymon Dropinski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Smile getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Victor Antoniu hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the game, Roland Dudzik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Smile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wyszyny the free kick. Adilson de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jacek Kocieniewski sent off a good shot on target. Adilson de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Mindykowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Although Smile had been in control for most of the match, Wyszyny still came away with the win.
