Jedrzej Rudy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 21st minute, Ðuza Glowacz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Górnik Łęczna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Piast Leszczyny's goalkeeper Jedrzej Rudy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lúkas Pīlēns. In the 76th minute Olgierd Szkaradek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Tropchev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
