Spectators: 8477 (Terracing: 6359, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) Mikolaj Giertych started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Giertych came free, but Marian Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Alberg to maneuver through the defense. Marian Chilavert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mikolaj Giertych showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Waldemar Cwynar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Biskupiak in the 16th minute of play. Mikolaj Giertych blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Chilavert having to make a save. With a little luck, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert got control of the ball when Mikolaj Giertych tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marian Chilavert came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by KS Olimpia Warszawa's Mikolaj Giertych. But to his dismay, Mikolaj Giertych quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Waldemar Cwynar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Biskupiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Edmund Adelsköld with Ziemowit Tomporowski as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Giertych in the 34th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Chilavert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikolaj Giertych in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Giertych recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marian Chilavert. Mikolaj Giertych showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gökçek Kolçak to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikolaj Giertych in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marian Chilavert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mikolaj Giertych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Chilavert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Mikolaj Giertych recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Gökçek Kolçak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. KS Olimpia Warszawa made a substitution. Sharma Sharma replaced Mikolaj Giertych. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ömür Seyfeddin was substituted for Karol Biskupiak. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharma Sharma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th match minute, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Adelsköld to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sharma Sharma in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marian Chilavert saved Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting behind. During the 80th minute of the match Ziemowit Tomporowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ziemowit Tomporowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of KS Olimpia Warszawa booed when Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziemowit Tomporowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marian Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharma Sharma in the 84th minute of play. Walery Glapiak took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marian Chilavert. Marian Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 90th minute, Sharma Sharma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Scislowicz got free with Waldemar Cwynar in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute, Sharma Sharma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KS Olimpia Warszawa had won after a very even match.
