Pancho Pancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Gwidon Dubilas made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Lech Max's goalkeeper Gwidon Dubilas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pancho Pancho. In the 16th minute, Jan Gacki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Tusk was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Lech Max's Jan Gacki got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Tusk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Gacki in the 24th minute of play. Zbyszek Plech could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Gwidon Dubilas made a huge save. Lech Max's Jan Gacki got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 32 minutes Rafineria Jasło's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Gacki who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Lech Max's Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabian Tusk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Martin Rana in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gwidon Dubilas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Fabian Tusk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Gacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Rafineria Jasło's 程傲悦 was substituted for Konstanty Brzęczyszczykiewicz. A collision led to Rafineria Jasło getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Zula Wejta hit a great ball. Pancho Pancho scored 3-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gwidon Dubilas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urko Molina in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gwidon Dubilas saved Lech Max from getting behind. After having played for 93 minutes, Pancho Pancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rafineria Jasło's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pancho Pancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Rafineria Jasło's goal looked a bit too open when Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos came free, but Fabian Tusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafineria Jasło's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
