In the 8th minute Nistor Sârban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Kamionka Death SquaD's corner Marcelo Ascencio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edmund Kojder quite easily take care of the ball. The Rega Merida CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Kasper Schmeichel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Filcho Dzhagarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerzy Tamulewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Edmund Kojder made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
