The audience thought a goal was coming when Widodo 曹操 got free with Kasper Schmeichel in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute Zygmunt Jarmulowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jerzy Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olaf Basinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan-Benjamin Hula in the 30th minute of play. Olaf Basinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan-Benjamin Hula, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Lech Marek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olaf Basinski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jerzy Tamulewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olaf Basinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Tamulewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Tolek Chazen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Basinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Konstanty Gotfryd was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the final whistle sounded Kamionka Death SquaD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than WZG Sandomierz.
