The audience was convinced that Helge Davidsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszko Oborski was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, TsF Rognan's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Valderhaug came free, but Zbyszko Oborski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helge Davidsen scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszko Oborski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute Josef Kielland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Moan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Diavoli Rossoneri's goal looked a bit too open when Frederick Velkeneers came free, but Victor Moan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Oborski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Valderhaug in the 34th minute of the match. If Frederick Velkeneers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Diavoli Rossoneri getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Halvor Aronsen hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josef Kielland to make the kick off. In the 65th minute Bent Skagen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Moan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josef Kielland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Victor Moan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Martin Valderhaug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TsF Rognan's Zbyszko Oborski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Sødal in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josef Kielland in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Moan saved Diavoli Rossoneri from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Diavoli Rossoneri had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
