Korssund's Didrik Dagger got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Arias had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Rundhaug's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 12th minute, Daniel Rundhaug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gräsklipparna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Manuel Esparteiro charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Esparteiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gräsklipparna booed when Korssund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Esparteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Gräsklipparna's goal looked a bit too open when Jostein Bergland came free, but Halvard Tessem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Korssund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Grande to maneuver through the defense. If Torbjørn Landsverk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Eskil Indergård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korssund's Conrado Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åsmund Nordheim in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Mario Grande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halvard Tessem was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 46th minute Torbjørn Landsverk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Korssund getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Tage Pettersen hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eskil Indergård made a kick off. In the 62nd minute Eskil Indergård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, Korssund's Jostein Bergland made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Halvard Tessem was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the game, Tage Pettersen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Korssund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gräsklipparna the free kick. After a rather tough play, Korssund's Tage Pettersen got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Eskil Indergård shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Noe Flaks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Korssund getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Tage Pettersen hit a great ball. A hard shot by Daniel Rundhaug from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Conrado Arias's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Gräsklipparna's zone, Didrik Dagger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halvard Tessem came out of the goal and Didrik Dagger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Grande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Didrik Dagger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Halvard Tessem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noe Flaks, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The supporters of Gräsklipparna booed when Korssund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jostein Bergland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jostein Bergland was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Korssund's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Ole-Gunnar Brenne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
