In the 12th minute Birger Fyhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-Einar Jønsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Puma IL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 43 minutes of play, FK Norefjell Viking's Phaiakes Bertsimas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. John-Einar Jønsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Phaiakes Bertsimas made the kick off in the second half. John-Einar Jønsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phaiakes Bertsimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Sam-Lucas Raniers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Norefjell Viking fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Phaiakes Bertsimas in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John-Einar Jønsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 minutes of play Puma IL's Thomas Haraldstad was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The referee ignored Puma IL's protests and gave Ådne Søndenå a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Ådne Søndenå hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam-Lucas Raniers in the 83rd minute of play forced Puma IL's goalkeeper John-Einar Jønsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84th play minutes Phaiakes Bertsimas shot 6-0, a short shot which went by John-Einar Jønsson and just under the crossbar into goal. John-Einar Jønsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam-Lucas Raniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When FK Norefjell Viking's Phaiakes Bertsimas in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FK Norefjell Viking fully deserved thier win.
