Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nico-Jan Mülder kicked off to start the match. Robin Van Peel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Thijsse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Thijsse in the 6th minute of play forced FC Derks's goalkeeper Robin Van Peel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Unit5 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Arno Oosterbaan hit a great ball. Robin Van Peel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Thijsse in the 11th minute of play. Roy Thijsse took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Van Peel. Robin Van Peel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Esmin De Beuf charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esmin De Beuf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes FC Derks got a freekick which was hit by Esmin De Beuf. Nico-Jan Mülder hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After taking down the ball on Unit5's corner Chris Veltman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robin Van Peel quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Unit5's Bulcsú Hegyi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, FC Derks's Henry Aalders broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 37 played minutes FC Derks got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Sybering. When Menno Aukes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the FC Derks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Menno Aukes couldn't finish the play. Klaas Sybering recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roy Thijsse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Van Peel having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Chris Veltman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Van Peel. FC Derks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Veltman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roy Thijsse made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Thijsse in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Derks's goalkeeper Robin Van Peel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klaas Sybering struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Cláudio Muslera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Derks. 62 minutes into the game, Roy Thijsse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robin Van Peel. Roy Thijsse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The supporters of Unit5 booed when FC Derks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esmin De Beuf didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Chris Veltman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Unit5's Robin Van Peel threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roy Thijsse, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Chris Veltman succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. When Unit5's Roy Thijsse in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Derks's goalie prevented a goal. 75 minutes into the match, FC Derks's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Thijsse came free, but Robin Van Peel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Klaas Sybering hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Roy Thijsse reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robin Van Peel. The goal made the score 0-5. Robin Van Peel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Thijsse in the 87th minute of the match. Robin Van Peel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Thijsse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Thijsse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Van Peel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, FC Derks's goalkeeper Robin Van Peel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chris Veltman. The FC Derks fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unit5 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
