In the 10th minute, Andreas Israel made a precise shot to the right of Matthijs Meerdink. FC Kirchroa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Matthijs Meerdink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Israel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavius Pantea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Gregor Rinzema when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matthijs Meerdink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Co Fuchs, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Co Fuchs sped through FC Kirchroa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matthijs Meerdink. In the 26th minute Co Fuchs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthijs Meerdink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Xiang Xuan in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's goal looked a bit too open when Co Fuchs came free, but Matthijs Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Roorda made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Pankracy Wisniewski however managed to control. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC Kirchroa from getting a goal against them. If Olof Hegg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Co Fuchs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Digitale Dribbelaars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 65th match minute, FC Kirchroa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giel Wander to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Pantea in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregor Rinzema prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Akkerman came free, but Gregor Rinzema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Akkerman struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Gregor Rinzema didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kirchroa. FC Kirchroa made a substitution. Leontin Tănase replaced Teo Lembeck. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Roderick Zoetebier was substituted for Severo Jobo. Matthijs Meerdink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Co Fuchs, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Wisniewski got free with Matthijs Meerdink in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC Kirchroa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching De Digitale Dribbelaars's performance. The match ended with a win for De Digitale Dribbelaars.
