FC Resurrection's Clayton Camilleri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Resurrection from getting a goal against them. Sean Urpani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Carl Delia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Sean Urpani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Resurrection's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sean Urpani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, FC Resurrection's Jake Terribile sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Delia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clayton Camilleri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Cedric Blanco made the kick off in the second half.
