Mihajlo Lazevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathanaël Donne in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Stoycho Karadashki got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Požarane Rabotnički's zone, Abd al-Aziz Sadmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihajlo Lazevski came out of the goal and Abd al-Aziz Sadmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nathanaël Donne made a kick off. Stoycho Karadashki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Abd al-Aziz Sadmi made a precise shot to the right of Mihajlo Lazevski. Požarane Rabotnički's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Mihajlo Lazevski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cane Pandev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Winfried Spegele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stoycho Karadashki was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Stoycho Karadashki hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Vladimir Kostovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nathanaël Donne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nathanaël Donne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mihajlo Lazevski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Rožden Partizan's Nathanaël Donne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mihajlo Lazevski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Janko Bejko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Rožden Partizan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
