Fortunato Fioriti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Melis, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Donato Cusumano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in SATIVA team's zone, Ferdinando Ragazzoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Cusumano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Fioriti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

In the 51st minute Ferdinando Ragazzoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Scrima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ISORELLE getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ernesto Losito hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, SATIVA team's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Bernardi came free, but Fabio Scrima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes, Armando Benedetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ISORELLE and the SATIVA team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, ISORELLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Benedetti to maneuver through the defense.
