Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adriano Raniolo started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Wolves of S.Vetturino's zone, Adriano Raniolo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dave Tacco came out of the goal and Adriano Raniolo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the match, Armando Facchetti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthony Sciotto. Altichiero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Facchetti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Enrico Maranzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adriano Raniolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Comunardo Improta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Sciotto having to interfere. Anthony Sciotto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Improta in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Altichiero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bianco Tellini to maneuver through the defense. Armando Facchetti struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Anthony Sciotto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolves of S.Vetturino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comunardo Improta in the 36th minute of play forced Altichiero's goalkeeper Anthony Sciotto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Armando Facchetti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Comunardo Improta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Comunardo Improta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Anthony Sciotto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Comunardo Improta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthony Sciotto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Comunardo Improta was the one to do the kick off. Adriano Raniolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Comunardo Improta notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Altichiero's Anthony Sciotto. Anthony Sciotto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dave Tacco came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Altichiero's Enrico Maranzano. But to his dismay, Enrico Maranzano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Anthony Sciotto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Facchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Bianco Tellini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Armando Facchetti sped through Altichiero's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anthony Sciotto. 84 minutes into the game, Wolves of S.Vetturino's Comunardo Improta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anthony Sciotto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. A collision led to Altichiero getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ciccio Orsini hit a great ball. If Comunardo Improta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Facchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Anthony Sciotto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Armando Facchetti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comunardo Improta in the 95th minute of play forced Altichiero's goalkeeper Anthony Sciotto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
