Ciccio Strano made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Juventus's Arturo Sciamanna. The audience was convinced that Eraldo Gallo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Negrini was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. A collision led to Juventus getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Arturo Sciamanna hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Emiliano Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmine Bondi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Riva in the 27th minute of the match. Arturo Sciamanna hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Fulgenzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teriasca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus the free kick. The supporters of Juventus booed when Teriasca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Fulgenzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Enrico De Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fabio Negrini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juventus's Carmine Bondi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Riva in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Eraldo Gallo made the kick off in the second half. Antonello Scafati took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabio Negrini. Teriasca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Eraldo Gallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Sciamanna struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Fabio Negrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus. In the 64th match minute, Teriasca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Corelli to maneuver through the defense. Eraldo Gallo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Fabio Negrini 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Alvaro Bottaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrado Cavallaro hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Eraldo Gallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fabio Negrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eraldo Gallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute of the match Juventus got a corner. Teriasca's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Capaldo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eraldo Gallo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Fabio Negrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus. When Alexander Riva came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Teriasca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Riva couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Emiliano Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmine Bondi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match Antonello Scafati shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Negrini showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enrico De Vito scored 1-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Negrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
