Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) Ciccio Lo Iacono started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Fortunato Alonzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Ciccio Lo Iacono who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viitorul Iasi Sox's Dave Eboli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ciccio Lo Iacono came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the USD Cavese fans jumped to their feet. Ercole Miccio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dave Eboli. Viitorul Iasi Sox's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Lo Iacono in the 36th minute of play forced Viitorul Iasi Sox's goalkeeper Dave Eboli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fortunato Alonzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Fortunato Alonzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viitorul Iasi Sox's supporters rose to their feet, but Fortunato Alonzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Bonfigli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viitorul Iasi Sox's Dave Eboli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Lo Iacono in the 44th minute of play. In the 47thth minute of the game Andrea Mascia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USD Cavese's Augusto Bonfigli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Antonioni in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Bonfigli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Antonioni made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Viitorul Iasi Sox got a corner. USD Cavese's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aurelio Bolognesi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Viitorul Iasi Sox's corner Aurelio Bolognesi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Augusto Bonfigli quite easily take care of the ball. Alberigo Taurino scored 0-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Eboli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Armin Leoni put in a rough tackle. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Viitorul Iasi Sox! The goalkeeper, Dave Eboli, was totally fooled by USD Cavese's Ettore Giocondo, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 69 minutes into the match, Viitorul Iasi Sox's goal looked a bit too open when Ciccio Lo Iacono came free, but Dave Eboli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 played minutes Viitorul Iasi Sox got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Mascia. USD Cavese's Augusto Bonfigli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Alonzi in the 76th minute of play. Fabio Antonioni hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Fortunato Alonzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to USD Cavese getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Achille Terrasi hit a great ball. Achille Terrasi kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Erubiel Nuñez charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Nuñez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87thth minute of the game Ciccio Lo Iacono who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viitorul Iasi Sox's Dave Eboli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberigo Taurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
