The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Melfi got free with Antonio Sansoni in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4th minute of the match, Carlo Belfiore tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Antonio Sansoni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Antonio Sansoni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Melfi went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 14th minute, Federico Volpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Sebati Sarim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Lo Iacono was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Eidvilas Baliutis's late challenge caught a Taleacotium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eidvilas Baliutis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Indomiti Guerrieri's Eidvilas Baliutis got a free kick in the 17th minute. Ciro Melfi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Sansoni having to interfere. If Carlo Cappucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Lo Iacono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebati Sarim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eidvilas Baliutis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ciro Lo Iacono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Sebati Sarim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indomiti Guerrieri's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebati Sarim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Lo Iacono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Indomiti Guerrieri's Antonio Sansoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Teti in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Andrea Teti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Antonio Sansoni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrea Teti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Antonio Sansoni made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlo Belfiore to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Belfiore in the 57th minute of play forced Indomiti Guerrieri's goalkeeper Antonio Sansoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Taleacotium fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Taleacotium's Andrea Teti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Taleacotium's Andrea Teti got a free kick in the 68th minute. Sebati Sarim struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ciro Lo Iacono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indomiti Guerrieri. Antonio Sansoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Belfiore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Sebati Sarim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indomiti Guerrieri's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebati Sarim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Lo Iacono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antonio Sansoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Cappucci in the 82nd minute of play. Antonio Sansoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Belfiore in the 84th minute of the match. Ciro Lo Iacono was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eidvilas Baliutis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 88 minute of play. When Sebati Sarim came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Indomiti Guerrieri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebati Sarim couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Taleacotium players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
