Alex Cordone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the game, Fortitudo's Alberto Mingione nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corrado Proia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Eugenio Ramundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Proia having to interfere. Alberto Mingione scored 0-3 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corrado Proia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fortitudo's Eugenio Ramundo got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Alberto Mingione cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Corrado Proia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Puciu F.C.'s zone, Alberto Mingione stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corrado Proia came out of the goal and Alberto Mingione tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Alessandrini in the 29th minute of play forced Puciu F.C.'s goalkeeper Corrado Proia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Ettore Alessandrini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corrado Proia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Cordone in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corrado Proia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Corrado Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Mingione in the 34th minute of play. Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Alessandrini in the 35th minute of play. Alberto Gervasi took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corrado Proia. Corrado Proia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After 45 minutes of play, Fortitudo's Alex Cordone made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Corrado Proia was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Alberto Mingione made the kick off in the second half. Alex Cordone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Corrado Proia made a huge save. Corrado Proia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ettore Alessandrini went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. 56 minutes into the match, Daniele Orioli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corrado Proia. Puciu F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniele Orioli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Cordone in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Ettore Alessandrini notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia. Corrado Proia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugenio Ramundo scored 0-13 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corrado Proia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Fortitudo's Alberto Mingione dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. Ettore Alessandrini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Corrado Proia having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ettore Alessandrini kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Corrado Proia. That made the score 0-15 in the 74 minute of play. Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Puciu F.C. from getting a goal against them. Corrado Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Cordone in the 79th minute of play. Alberto Mingione could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Corrado Proia made a huge save. Corrado Proia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Cordone's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. After 85 minutes, Alberto Mingione made it 0-16 with a short kick to the right side. Puciu F.C.'s Corrado Proia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alberto Mingione in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Corrado Proia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alberto Gervasi struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Corrado Proia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fortitudo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Ascenzi during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aurelio Ascenzi kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Puciu F.C.'s zone, Alex Cordone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silviu Drăgănoiu went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Silviu Drăgănoiu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Corrado Proia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
