Franco Benvenuto scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Speranza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Franco Benvenuto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Adriano Speranza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tempest Team booed when Milazzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Volta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes Milazzo got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Galdi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Álvaro Morata in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Speranza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Álvaro Morata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Speranza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milazzo's goalkeeper Adriano Speranza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adriano Speranza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franco Benvenuto to make the kick off. Adriano Speranza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franco Benvenuto in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute of the match Tempest Team got a corner. Milazzo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nemesio Austin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nemesio Austin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Milazzo's Adriano Speranza did a great save. In the 55th minute, Álvaro Morata fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Adriano Speranza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Álvaro Morata came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tempest Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Morata couldn't finish the play. Franco Benvenuto came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adriano Speranza could save by the left post. In the 70th minute, Klavs Snedgaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Speranza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When Tempest Team's Klavs Snedgaard in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Klavs Snedgaard ran back to his position shaking his head. When Franco Benvenuto came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Tempest Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Benvenuto couldn't finish the play. Federico Volta kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Tempest Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Milazzo.
