Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) After a defensive mix-up in TAYLOR's zone, Fedele Di Maio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arrigo Walcher came out of the goal and Fedele Di Maio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Claudio Caneva fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAYLOR's protests and gave Claudio Caneva a yellow card for diving instead. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ciccio Ciaccia sped through TAYLOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arrigo Walcher. If Alfredo Catena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Fedele Di Maio made a precise shot to the right of Arrigo Walcher. TAYLOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Arrigo Walcher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Di Maio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 21 minutes, Beppe Campese managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TAYLOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beppe Campese was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 22 minutes of play, Milazzo's Federico Volta made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arrigo Walcher was left in no man's land by his defense there! TAYLOR's Arrigo Walcher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Palumbo in the 26th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Milazzo's Arrigo Walcher threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arturo Pedroni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arrigo Walcher came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Milazzo's Arturo Pedroni. But to his dismay, Arturo Pedroni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fedele Di Maio in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Walcher saved TAYLOR from getting behind. Ciccio Palumbo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Arrigo Walcher made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Milazzo's Fedele Di Maio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beppe Campese to make the kick off. Arrigo Walcher came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Milazzo's Ciccio Palumbo. But to his dismay, Ciccio Palumbo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 69th minute, Federico Volta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Mazzone hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Pedroni in the 71st minute of play forced TAYLOR's goalkeeper Arrigo Walcher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Arturo Pedroni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Arrigo Walcher was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Milazzo's Adriano Speranza got control of the ball when Bianco Santarelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Milazzo getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Federico Volta hit a great ball. Adriano Speranza was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Claudio Caneva. Arturo Pedroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Arrigo Walcher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Ciccio Ciaccia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Walcher was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. If Arturo Pedroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, TAYLOR's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Di Maio came free, but Arrigo Walcher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
