Spectators: 7974 (Terracing: 5982, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amedeo Giancola kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Amedeo Giancola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th minute Amedeo Giancola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Proia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amedeo Giancola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attilio Proia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Giancola in the 17th minute of the match. Dario Corrente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Corrado Contestabile made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amedeo Giancola in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Attilio Proia saved FataMorgana from getting behind. Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Hyblae FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th match minute, Hyblae FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Marsilio to maneuver through the defense. Dario Corrente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Corrado Contestabile made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Corrente got free with Corrado Contestabile in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Hyblae FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Hyblae FC's Amedeo Giancola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Cesare in the 38th minute of play. Corrado Contestabile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Cesare, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The supporters of FataMorgana booed when Hyblae FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Pozorski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, FataMorgana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosimo Cesare to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Hyblae FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Corrente was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FataMorgana's Alessandro Ciscato got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The long shot by Alfredo Mammarella in the 54th minute really tested Attilio Proia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dario Corrente scored 1-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corrado Contestabile, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Attilio Proia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Giancola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes FataMorgana got a freekick which was hit by Biagio Guerra. Amedeo Giancola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FataMorgana's Attilio Proia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save FataMorgana from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Eigirdas Burnickas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Attilio Proia. That made the score 1-4 in the 72 minute of play. A collision led to Hyblae FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Andrea Pasciu hit a great ball. FataMorgana's Ciccio Nazzari was substituted for Dario Corrente. After 78 played minutes Hyblae FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Pasciu. The supporters of Hyblae FC booed when FataMorgana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Pedrelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Attilio Proia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alfredo Mammarella. Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Nazzari in the 83rd minute of play. Attilio Proia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferruccio Festuccia in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Amedeo Giancola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attilio Proia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Corrado Contestabile didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Guerra went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. In the 96th minute, Andrea Pasciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FataMorgana fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hyblae FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
