Kalidou Koulibaly was slow to take the kick. During this time USD Marosticense's players had a chance to rest. USD Marosticense's Egidio Passalacqua was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emilio Spada in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to USD Marosticense getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Taniel Valter hit a great ball. Nic Zaniolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Spada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Nic Zaniolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Spada having to interfere. A hard shot 36 in the game by Fabio Domina from a close distance when the talented Amerigo Vida managed to make a qualified save. USD Marosticense's players were relieved. Emilio Spada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nic Zaniolo in the 37th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Martesana Inter's goal looked a bit too open when Nic Zaniolo came free, but Emilio Spada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Martesana Inter's Fausto Fontana was substituted for Armando Toninelli. A collision led to USD Marosticense getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Nic Zaniolo hit a great ball. Amerigo Vida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Pinti in the 61st minute of play. Amerigo Vida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fausto Fontana went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the match, USD Marosticense's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Domina came free, but Amerigo Vida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Fontana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lukasz Mentov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amerigo Vida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Fontana in the 73rd minute of the match. Emilio Spada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Mentov in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Fontana in the 81st minute of play forced USD Marosticense's goalkeeper Amerigo Vida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Olmos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Spada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nic Zaniolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With a little luck, Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada got control of the ball when Taniel Valter tried to sneak it across the goal line.
