When Stefano Ascani came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the BRAL VAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefano Ascani couldn't finish the play. José Vítor Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bonanni having to interfere. If José Vítor Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 23 in the game by Luca Lucchetti from a close distance when the talented Carmine Sammartano managed to make a qualified save. Caramagnetta's players were relieved. BRAL VAL's Angelo Bonanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Giorgi in the 27th minute of play. Luca Lucchetti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Carmine Sammartano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Angelo Bonanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Giorgi in the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to Caramagnetta getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. José Vítor Bezerra hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the game, Enzo Giorgi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Angelo Bonanni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Enzo Giorgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Angelo Bonanni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrea Trasatti kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luca Lucchetti in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carmine Sammartano saved Caramagnetta from getting behind. BRAL VAL's Angelo Bonanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Giorgi in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Caramagnetta's zone, Luca Lucchetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmine Sammartano came out of the goal and Luca Lucchetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Caramagnetta's goal looked a bit too open when Guido D'Angelo came free, but Carmine Sammartano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Lucchetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Luca Lucchetti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmine Sammartano was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Angelo Bonanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Vítor Bezerra in the 81st minute of play. José Vítor Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Angelo Bonanni made a huge save. Joaquin Viviano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Angelo Bonanni made a huge save. BRAL VAL's Alfredo Bucciarelli was substituted for Frank Piretti. Dino Caccavale hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Caramagnetta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caramagnetta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
