With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Oso in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Cimino saved Castagneto Po AFC from getting behind. Diego Porro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Pierucci made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Diego Porro sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Reese Otto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sambughe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Sambughe's Alvaro Parco was substituted for Reese Otto. The goalkeeper, Alex Pierucci, was totally fooled by Castagneto Po AFC's Diego Porro, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Clementi in the 25th minute of play forced Castagneto Po AFC's goalkeeper Dennis Cimino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Castagneto Po AFC's Dennis Cimino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Oso in the 27th minute of play. If Filippo Pinti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st play minute Diego Porro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alex Pierucci. 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Castagneto Po AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Sander came free, but Dennis Cimino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filippo Pinti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sambughe were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Castagneto Po AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Demetrio Diana took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Ciccone in the 46th minute of play forced Sambughe's goalkeeper Alex Pierucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Castagneto Po AFC's Eraldo Sorrentino got a free kick in the 47th minute. Castagneto Po AFC's Emilio Sciarra was substituted for Federico Ciccone.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Oso got free with Dennis Cimino in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Cimino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Pierucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Pinti, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jörgen Sander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dennis Cimino made a huge save. Alex Pierucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Porro's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Dennis Cimino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Oso in the 67th minute. Filippo Pinti struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Alex Pierucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castagneto Po AFC. In the 70th match minute, Castagneto Po AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Nola to maneuver through the defense. Filippo Pinti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alex Pierucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Castagneto Po AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Pătrășcanu came free, but Dennis Cimino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Filippo Pinti put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alex Pierucci. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Diego Porro sped through Sambughe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Pierucci. Alex Pierucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Porro, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sambughe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filippo Pinti was slow to take the kick. During this time Castagneto Po AFC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Biagio Nola managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a little luck, Castagneto Po AFC's Dennis Cimino got control of the ball when Leon Oso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute Sambughe were awarded a corner. Demetrio Diana went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Demetrio Diana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dennis Cimino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Porro in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Pierucci saved Sambughe from getting behind. Castagneto Po AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
