Spectators: 9201 (Terracing: 6902, Seating: 2116, VIP seats: 183) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paolo Garro made the kick off which started today's match. Franco Garro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Corleone in the 3rd minute. Franco Garro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Montanari in the 4th minute of play. Franco Garro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Montanari in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes Valdieri's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florian Addario who took care of the corner kick. 12 minutes into the match, Valdieri's Paolo Garro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Salemme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute Florian Addario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Garro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Montanari came free, but Franco Garro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giuliano Garro kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Savicevic Show's Ermanno Giacchetti got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Paolo Garro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Salemme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Armando Salemme came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Valdieri's Paolo Garro. But to his dismay, Paolo Garro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Corleone in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Garro saved Valdieri from getting behind. Franco Garro made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Adriano Corleone sent off a good shot on target. When Giuliano Garro fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valdieri's protests and gave Giuliano Garro a yellow card for diving instead. Giuliano Garro kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 49th match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by King Chiellini to maneuver through the defense. 50 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Addario came free, but Franco Garro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Valdieri were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriano Corleone was the one to do the kick off. Franco Garro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlo Montanari's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Savicevic Show were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Valdieri's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Florian Addario took the corner. After taking down the ball on Savicevic Show's corner Florian Addario fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Franco Garro quite easily take care of the ball. When Savicevic Show's Carlo Montanari in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valdieri's goalie prevented a goal. If Adriano Corleone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Giuliano Garro in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Savicevic Show's Ermanno Giacchetti. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Adriano Corleone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Savicevic Show's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Corleone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Garro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute Adriano Corleone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Garro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game Adriano Corleone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valdieri's Franco Garro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute Adriano Corleone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Garro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Carlo Montanari left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savicevic Show fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Savicevic Show's Ettore Moriggi was substituted for Fortunato Verdini. Franco Garro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Montanari, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Valdieri's Franco Garro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Moriggi in the 85th minute of play. Franco Garro came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Savicevic Show's Carlo Montanari. But to his dismay, Carlo Montanari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 94th minute Ettore Moriggi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Garro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Savicevic Show had played much better football throughout.
