Marco Silvestri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cosimo Laudadio might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adriano De Carolis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosimo Laudadio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 41 minutes, Luca Pellegrini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPALLETTE RETURNS and the Bar Marconi United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosimo Laudadio in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano De Carolis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabio Lucentini hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Amedeo Palmieri was substituted for Konrad De Winter. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Bevilacqua couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Bar Marconi United getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Fabio Lucentini hit a great ball. Augusto Bevilacqua kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Fortunato Santone kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bar Marconi United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
