FC Mims's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.S. Udinese the free kick. After 12 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Carnevale. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Sorrentino in the 13th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olivér Bierhoff hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Fedele Carnevale took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvaro Rotili. A.S. Udinese's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Udinese walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
