Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Juniors, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute, Vinícius Juniors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ugonotti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 13th minute Torsten Henning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Juniors, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Cocca in the 18th minute of play forced Ugonotti's goalkeeper Achille Giannetta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugonotti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Longobarda the free kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vinícius Juniors to make the kick off. Ugonotti's Achille Giannetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Godholm in the 54th minute of play. Ismael Licerio made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emanuele Cicchinelli however managed to control. 57 minutes into the match, Ugonotti's Torsten Henning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lev Yashin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Torsten Henning sent off a good shot on target. If Vinícius Juniors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, Yu Wei Bo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lev Yashin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 70 minutes of play, Longobarda's Edwin Godholm made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achille Giannetta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ugonotti made a substitution. Andrea Selvi replaced Santiago Munez. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yu Wei Bo in the 77th minute of play. Tal Heggit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Wei Bo in the 80th minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugonotti's Achille Giannetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Godholm in the 82nd minute of play. Ugonotti's Tal Heggit got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Longobarda made a substitution. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Torsten Henning sent off a good shot on target. After 94 played minutes Ugonotti got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Licerio. Armin Quercia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Longobarda succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ugonotti had controlled the match.
