Emory Øien was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Luisão Tepedino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luisão Tepedino really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gísli Langnickel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Konstantin Butylin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emory Øien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute Gladiator FC were awarded a corner. Gísli Langnickel came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gustaf Albohm could save by the left post. Emory Øien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Butylin in the 92nd minute of the match. Emory Øien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Butylin, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Gísli Langnickel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
