Soliera's Adriano Pappalardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Godholm in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hüsnü Kapar got free with Lev Yashin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Concetto Maccarone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Soliera's Lev Yashin threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Concetto Maccarone, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Florian Cocca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Qi Yao Ping threw the ball into play from the sideline. Longobarda's Manuel Zărnescu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Armin Iacovone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Pappalardo having to interfere. Peker Ersed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Yashin having to interfere. Lev Yashin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peker Ersed's shot from short distance in the 41st minute.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Cocca in the 56th minute of play forced Soliera's goalkeeper Adriano Pappalardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lev Yashin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peker Ersed went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Godholm got free with Adriano Pappalardo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Peker Ersed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soliera's Adriano Pappalardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Soliera from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Maccarone in the 69th minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Maccarone in the 72nd minute of the match. Adriano Pappalardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Godholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Hüsnü Kapar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lev Yashin was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Longobarda's Edwin Godholm got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Longobarda's Armin Quercia was substituted for Florian Cocca. Longobarda's Zhang Xiang was substituted for Edwin Godholm. After some careless play in the Longobarda defense, Peker Ersed kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lev Yashin. The Longobarda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lev Yashin should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Longobarda's Alvaro Valcareggi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adriano Pappalardo. That made the score 2-1 after 88 minutes of play. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Maccarone in the 93rd minute of the match.
