With an all-out effort, Gladiator FC's Achille Giannetta threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlo Taranto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner ended in Yu Wei Bo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gladiator FC's Gustaf Albohm did a great save. In the 28thth minute of the game Vinícius Juniors who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gladiator FC's Gustaf Albohm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Gladiator FC's Carlo Taranto got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes Gladiator FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yu Wei Bo who took care of the corner kick. Ugonotti's Yu Wei Bo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaf Albohm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amos Zarillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The Gladiator FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ugonotti's performance. The match ended with a win for Ugonotti.
