The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Dennis Giusti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Attilio Fiordelisi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 5th minute, GiaSiRo 08's Moise Bobeanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Attilio Fiordelisi. Attilio Fiordelisi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Giusti, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Frank Di Meo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Moise Bobeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Attilio Fiordelisi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Frank Di Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Attilio Fiordelisi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Giusti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 3-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Dennis Giusti elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Andreola in the 29th minute of play forced GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper Sebastian Winszman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arturo Baciadonne during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Baciadonne didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elia Scarinci got free with Attilio Fiordelisi in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 played minutes GiaSiRo 08's Moise Bobeanu stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Attilio Fiordelisi stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing FC Mims of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elia Scarinci in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Fiordelisi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dennis Giusti during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GiaSiRo 08's Dennis Giusti got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Baciadonne was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Ottavi. Attilio Fiordelisi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Giusti in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Mims's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Birkan Kayra was slow to take the kick. During this time GiaSiRo 08's players had a chance to rest. Damazy Kissel made a great header on GiaSiRo 08's corner, it was just that FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi managed to reach the ball for a save. Dennis Giusti took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attilio Fiordelisi. Attilio Fiordelisi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by GiaSiRo 08's Moise Bobeanu. But to his dismay, Moise Bobeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After having played for 65 minutes, Dennis Giusti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GiaSiRo 08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Giusti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Attilio Fiordelisi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Giusti, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, Moise Bobeanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attilio Fiordelisi was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. GiaSiRo 08 made a substitution. Gustavo Scarpa replaced Damazy Kissel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elia Scarinci during the 74th minute. Attilio Fiordelisi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. The supporters of GiaSiRo 08 booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Toschi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Mims defense, Anfilogino Contaldi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Attilio Fiordelisi. The FC Mims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Fiordelisi should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Anfilogino Contaldi made a precise shot to the right of Attilio Fiordelisi. FC Mims's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GiaSiRo 08 had played much better football throughout.
