Pyroutet's supporters rose to their feet, but Greg Hervieux was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erwin Viau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 played minutes Bayerliverculsec got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Palumbo. The audience was convinced that Zinedine Laurence's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luc Vazquez was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Luc Vazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinedine Laurence, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Luc Vazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pyroutet's Luc Vazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clément Molinari in the 32nd minute of play. If Zinedine Laurence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, Renaud Guinet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Luc Vazquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 43 minutes, Renaud Guinet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayerliverculsec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renaud Guinet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Bayerliverculsec fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Bayerliverculsec's Zinedine Laurence looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Bayerliverculsec were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zinedine Laurence to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pyroutet's goal looked a bit too open when Ibrahim Leroux came free, but Luc Vazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renaud Guinet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 minutes of play, Bayerliverculsec's Renaud Guinet made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luc Vazquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Renaud Guinet got free with Luc Vazquez in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Zinedine Laurence got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bayerliverculsec's Zinedine Laurence got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zinedine Laurence who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Luc Vazquez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roger Planes charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Planes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roger Planes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Luc Vazquez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ramzy Chazeau.
